Dog Cleanup Services provides dog waste cleanup at approved service addresses based on the selected service plan.
Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for safe property access and sharing gate, lock, and pet handling notes before scheduled service.
Scheduling and Changes
Service dates may be adjusted for weather, safety conditions, or route logistics. We communicate schedule changes promptly.
Payments
Recurring and one-time services are billed according to the approved quote and selected plan. Late or failed payments may delay service.
SMS Terms
By checking the SMS consent box on our quote form or otherwise providing express consent, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Dog Cleanup Services at the phone number you provide. Messages may include quote follow-up, scheduling, service reminders, route or access updates, account updates, and customer support.
Message frequency varies based on your request and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service addresses, pet notes, and access details. Customers should notify us promptly about gate code changes, locked gates, aggressive pets, hazardous conditions, or schedule conflicts.
Safety and Pets
For safety, aggressive or unsecured pets may require rescheduling or modified access procedures.
Service Limitations
Service may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified because of unsafe conditions, severe weather, inaccessible yards, locked gates, loose pets, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
